If your gate is locked, we won’t be able to access your yard. Please ensure gates are unlocked on your service day, or provide us with a code or key. If your dog is friendly, we’re happy to work with them in the yard. If your pet is protective or anxious, we recommend keeping them inside during our visit for everyone’s safety.
Absolutely. Life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance. There are no long-term contracts, and you can pause or stop service anytime.
